Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal or contact our customer support team within 30 days of your delivery date to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack Your Product
Carefully pack your NutriBullet unit, including all original blades, cups, and accessories, into its original packaging to ensure it is protected during transit.
Label and Ship
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location, keeping a copy of your tracking number for reference.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
